CinemaCon is happening fast and strong and Sony Pictures just had their presentation wrap up with some very positive word of mouth including, from what the interwebs are saying, a pretty kickass teaser trailer of Skyfall  the next James Bond movie opening October 26th, 2012. There is a rumour floating around that it will be attached to The Avengers. If that doesn’t come to pass, then we will have to wait to see it front of Men In Black III when that opens May 25th (which is getting its own kind of crazy-good reactions after its footage was shown).

Now I write the year of the opening just now because during the presentation, Sony President of Worldwide Distribution Rory Bruer revealed plans for the next movie during this screening of the teaser.

It is slated to drop in 2014, probably in the Fall like Skyfall as there is no indication of a script or when production is slated to begin.

Still, this and the fact that Daniel Craig has already indicated that he will play Bond until he is told to stop makes this particular James Bond very happy.
