Poster And Red-Band Trailer For RZA’s Homage To Kung-Fu Films ‘The Man With The Iron Fists’
We live in a world where the genius behind the Wu-Tang Clan gets to make a kung-fu movie with Eli Roth. When this was first announced, the only thought that I had was that it was going to either be so ridiculously awesome or so mind-numbingly bad. With Eli Roth helping him out, Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu signed up for the cast, the magic 8-ball would seem to point to yes.
The red-band trailer recently dropped for RZA‘s The Man With the Iron Fists and with that came our first look. I have to say, it doesn’t look bad at all. In fact, it looks pretty damn awesome. Now we have been screwed by trailers many, many, many times before however with this trailer we might have a great little film on our hands. Check out the trailer below and the poster for the film as well.
I am cautiously optimistic on this one.

About the Film
Making his debut as a big-screen director and leading man, RZA—alongside a stellar international cast led by Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu—tells the epic story of warriors, assassins and a lone outsider hero in nineteenth-century China who must unite to destroy the clan traitor who would destroy them all.
Since his arrival in China’s Jungle Village, the town’s blacksmith (RZA) has been forced by radical tribal factions to create elaborate tools of destruction. When the clans’ brewing war boils over, the stranger channels an ancient energy to transform himself into a human weapon. As he fights alongside iconic heroes and against soulless villains, one man must harness this power to become savior of his adopted people.
