Xavierpop Does @Comic_Con – Superman Gets A Poster, Teaser Trailer Attached To #TDKR & Is There A Justice League Link?
During Warner Bros.’ Comic-Con panel, the studio revealed new artwork for director Zack Snyder‘s Man of Steel and teased the film by showing the first footage from the film. There was also a very intriguing Q&A where some interesting answers were given.
When the question of whether or not Man of Steel would tie into a long-waited Justice League film, Snyder responded:
We know Superman is the jewel in the DC crown. We want to get his house in order and then? Who knows what’s possible.
Some footage was also shown, however unless there is a video to watch or one was there, it’s pretty pointless to give a description. There are a ton of folks who did see it and the response was very positive which is great news. What we will get to see is a teaser before The Dark Knight Rises so there is that. It is a teaser and really my expectations are very low, however it is great to see this movie moving forward.
And then there is the poster that dropped. For some reason, I really, really, really love this thing. I love the direction of the suit. I love the ‘S’. I am simply digging everything I am seeing. There are rumblings of issues with the film and some have said that the footage shown during Comic-Con was a little to reminiscent of Batman Begins, however we are still a year away from the film and a lot can happen. We must not forget that Christopher Nolan is the Executive Producer and just have faith in that.
Check out the poster below. You can click on it to make it all big and stuff.
Stay tuned for much more on Man of Steel, which opens June 14, 2013.
