Zack Snyder’s “Man of Steel” Brilliantly Recut With Original John Williams Score and Marlon Brando Voiceover
I love the interwebs.
Earlier this weekend we had Warner Bros drop the first two teaser trailers from the upcoming Man of Steel directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane and Russell Crowe.
Well, it seems that we have a recut fan-made trailer featuring some of the similar elements from Richard Donner‘s Superman including the iconic John Williams score and the speech that Marlon Brando gave on why he sent Kal-El to Earth.
Just to be clear, I am fully digging everything I have seen and heard about the upcoming Man Of Steel. The casting decisions have been fantastic, the teaser trailers are great with both Crowe and Costner’s version bringing something a little different to the story and even the leaked Comic-Con footage looked pretty fantastic, (which I will not be posting for the record).
With that said.
This trailer looks awesome.
All credit goes to Julian Adderly who put it together because I literally got goosebumps watching it. I have already seen it half a dozen times and will probably watch it another dozen times before I have to get back to work. My only hope is that Warner Bros leaves it up because it is great and does no harm to anything really. If anything it really shows that the filmmakers of the current version are definitely going in the right direction.
Check out the trailer above.
