Deadpool is getting his own video game. That is absolutely fantastic news because after the shitshow that was the Wolverine movie. What they did to such a great character still makes me angry to this day.

What a better way to get him back on track then giving him his own game. Already part of Marvel Heroes, having him on his own where is on full smart-ass mode is not only going to be a lot of fun to watch, it will give folks not familiar with him a great window into why he is loved by so many people.

Check out the trailer for the game coming out sometime in 2013.

During Comic-Con, a new trailer for the upcoming game Marvel Heroes was dropped and man it is awesome.

The premise is simple enough, players become their favorite Marvel Super Heroes. Simple and incredibly huge as the all new Multiplayer Game will draw from the massive 8,000-plus heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe.

The list of playable characters (to name a few) are Black Widow, Cable, Captain America, Colossus, Cyclops, Deadpool, Emma Frost, Hawkeye, Hulk, Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man, Storm, The Thing, Thor, and Wolverine.

Written by Brian Michael Bendis, author of “Ultimate Spider-Man,” “New Avengers,” “Secret Invasion” and countless other successes, Marvel Heroes is inspired by some of the most popular stories in Marvel Comics history.

Check out the trailer below. With the release date still TBA, this is shaping up to be a pretty epic game.

My gawd, my interest level was already through the roof for the upcoming ridiculously anticipated video game Arkham City with the Catwoman trailer and the Riddler trailer that previously dropped.  It is now quite literally in the stratosphere with this latest trailer they just dropped featuring Penguin….and a special guest at the end.

The fighting is all kinds of dopeness and how they have put together the Penguin is quite brilliant. It makes me wish Christopher Nolan was doing one more Batman film just to see his version of this take on the big screen.

Behold, Oswald Cobblepot:

During the craziness of Comic-con, it is easy to get lost in the deluge of information that comes out of it. Fear not trusty reader as that is what is I am here for.

We have a great first look at Talia al Ghul, daughter to one super-villian and long-time foe to Batman, Ra’s al Ghul.  Not bad, not bad at all. It must be noted that the very yummy Stana Katic, star of the wildly popular Castle will be voicing Talia.

“Talia is such a complex character and it was great to voice her in ‘Batman: Arkham City,’” said Katic regarding her role in the game. “I was amazed at all the detail put into the project and it’s great to see how excited the fans are about the game”

Batman: Arkham City is easily one of the most anticipated games of the year.  So far the first look that we got has delivered a fantastic glimpse into what should be an epic game.

We now have another trailer about the game that has dropped while it is intriguing, it is also very, very awesome.

Focusing on the Riddler, the trailer gives a look at how the character of the Riddler will be in the game.

My hope that Christopher Nolan secretly has a hand in it or at least is paying attention because I would sell my whole Secret Wars collection to see the Riddler played like this on the Big Screen.

What say you?

Here is the thing.

I have never heard of this game and have no idea of the backstory or anything about the first two games.

Still, I watched this trailer and man..

IT.IS.AWESOME.

Sure, Kanye‘s POWER might be one of the most overused songs as of late, however there is a reason for that. The song is timeless and it really lifts this trailer into something I am now going to play.

What say you?
