Cineplex Entertainment recently announced that the Cineplex Mobile App has surpassed one million downloads since its release November 23, 2010. The more than one million downloads have resulted in nearly 10 million sessions. Available in both English and French, the Cineplex Mobile App is available for Blackberry, iPad, iPhone and select Android devices.
With the Cineplex Mobile App, users can buy tickets for Cineplex Entertainment theatres and view information for other theatres across Canada (by radius, with maps, phone number, admission prices, showtimes and ticketing information). You can also browse a listing of movies both in-theatre and coming soon, read the latest movie news, watch a trailer or other exclusive content, view box office results and receive promotion information. Members of our SCENE rewards program can enter their SCENE card number to have it stored on their device. Once stored, the SCENE number will automatically appear in all mobile transactions so they can seamlessly earn SCENE points. Members can also check their SCENE point balance.
