There is just something about Disney’s Planes that I am digging. It has the same vibe as the first Cars which it’s based off of. I dug Cars and if the studio can bring the same type of fun to it, then we might have a nice fun little film on our hands.
Disney just announced that Dane Cook will be voicing the lead in Planes, their upcoming spin-off of Pixar’s Cars.

I love the idea of Monsters University. A prequel works for this story and could really be a lot of fun. We are still a bit away from it’s summer 2013 opening however there has been some marketing stuff that
During the Walt Disney Conference Call, they Mouse House confirmed that Joss Whedon, the main reason that Marvel’s The Avengers was such a great movie, has signed on to write and direct the sequel to the third highest grossing film of all time. That is excellent news that has a legion of nerds breathing a sigh of relief.

It was announced a little while back and now we are getting our first glance at the Cinderella Slipper that Disney commissioned famed shoe designer Christian Louboutin to create. I am pretty sure there a plenty of you out there that will love this.
It does indeed look pretty. I like the direction that he took with it and the butterflies are definitely a lovely decision as it really gives a sense of youthful elegance. The designer’s famous red soles are instantly recognizable for their elegance, innovative, playful designs and femininity. “The dream is a major factor in my language of design,” says Louboutin.

The shoe, which was unveiled at the recent Haute Couture Week, is all part of the celebration around Disney’s global release of the classic masterpiece “Cinderella” Diamond Edition on Blu-ray™ October 2nd 2012.
